There has been a village Shop & Post Office in Toft for many years, and it has always been the hub of this special little village. Ingrid van Rooyen and her family moved from Johannesburg, South Africa and arrived in Toft in 2000. With 3 generations and an extended family living locally, the family has a strong identity with the village. As well as the usual cornucopia of goods found in a traditional Village Shop and Post Office, Toft Shop stocks a variety of local East Anglian goodies and local specialities - cakes, preserves and jams.
